1.1. Applicable legislation

Our Privacy Policy has been designed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), and insofar as it does not contradict the aforementioned Regulation, by the provisions of the Spanish legislative framework on the Protection of Personal Data.

-Manage the Users of the Website and, where appropriate, the activation and administration of the registration as a User in the reserved area of the Website.

-To channel requests for information, suggestions and complaints from interested parties for their management and resolution.

-Keep you informed, either by electronic means or mobile devices of any information that may be of interest to you;

-Manage the sending of the Newsletter to users who subscribe to it.

2.1. Retention period of your data

Personal data will be kept only for such period of time as is reasonably necessary taking into account the needs of responding to issues that arise or resolving problems, making improvements, activating your services and complying with the requirements of applicable law. This means that you may keep personal data for a reasonable period of time even after the data subject has stopped using the WEBSITE.

In the case of subscriptions, we will retain your personal data from the time you give us your consent until you revoke it or request to limit the processing. In such cases, we will keep your data in blocked form for the legally required periods.
