Please note that at this stage, you will also need to make an initial payment, which we refer to as a 'Earnest Money Contract'. At this stage, you should count on 10% of the purchase price, from which you can deduct the amount already paid as part of the reservation. This document also specifies when you will receive the keys to your new home.
